Delegation from Hebei GEO University Visits Our Institute for Exchange and Investigation

On July 8, a joint research group comprising eight members, including Zhou Xingrong, Director of the Institute of Economics at Hebei GEO University, and Luo Changling, Deputy Secretary-General of the Hebei Provincial High-Tech Enterprise Association, visited our institute for a field study. They were joined by county leader Liu Mingyi. Lü Qinglei, Assistant to the President of our institute, accompanied the delegation throughout the tour and provided comprehensive explanations.

The group's first stop was the R&D Finished Products Exhibition Hall, where Assistant Lü delivered an in-depth presentation covering key bearing technology breakthroughs, high-end precision bearing R&D, robot-compatible bearings, and industrial tech empowerment. The delegation inspected various research outputs, landed products, and patent specimens on-site, acquiring a comprehensive overview of our institute's R&D platform development, innovation strategy, and the transformation of industry-university-research outcomes.

The research group highly commended the institute's interim accomplishments in areas such as the development of the high-end bearing R&D system, the construction of hardware infrastructure, and industrial application services.

Following this, the research group proceeded to the pilot workshop for an on-site tour of various trial processing equipment and pilot production lines. They got an up-close look at the complete workflow of bearing sample machining, process optimization, and new product prototyping. Assistant Lü gave an in-depth presentation on the institute's supporting services for domestic and provincial enterprises, covering sample development, product prototyping, and technical support.

Leveraging this exchange as a catalyst, our institute will concentrate on core sectors including high-end equipment manufacturing, precision component processing, and industrial smart manufacturing, continuously advancing long-term and deep integration of industry-university-research collaboration. We will continuously consolidate our core strengths in foundational R&D, outcome incubation and transformation, and public industry services. This will empower the high-end equipment manufacturing supply chain to fill gaps, extend its reach, and enhance its strength, ultimately propelling the precision manufacturing cluster toward scaled, premium, and intelligent high-quality development.
