On July 9, representatives from Chengdu Xiaojiang Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. (Li Zhaoting and Wang Donghui) and Shandong Workman Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. (Lu Xianbin) visited our institute for an on-site tour and business discussion. Our institute's President, Guo Jinjie, warmly welcomed the delegation. The guests were accompanied throughout their visit by Assistant to the President Lü Qinglei, Lu Longfei, Deputy Director of the Technical Department, and Wang Haidong, Deputy Director of the Operations Center.

The delegation first visited the reception hall, where Assistant Lü provided a detailed briefing on the institute's development history, R&D platform qualifications, and various industry honors won over the years. This comprehensive overview of the institute's core strength in bearing R&D helped the visiting enterprises gain an intuitive understanding of our scientific research foundation.
Subsequently, the guests proceeded to the R&D Achievement Exhibition Hall, which showcases a variety of core products independently developed by our institute. President Guo introduced our mature products one by one, including P2 and P4 grade high-precision machine tool spindle bearings, specialized bearings for grain and oil machinery, and supporting bearings for intelligent textile equipment. He also highlighted our core technological breakthroughs in the domestic substitution of reducer bearings, along with typical cases of practical application. Furthermore, both parties exchanged views on the upgrade solution for reducers, specifically regarding the replacement of traditional ball bearings with tapered roller bearings.

Following the on-site tour, both parties moved to the conference room for a dedicated business symposium. President Li of Chengdu Xiaojiang Transmission shared the company's current production and operation status of reducers, expressing full recognition of our institute's R&D capabilities and a clear intention for deep cooperation. The two sides engaged in detailed discussions on key topics, including the adaptation of technical parameters for high-precision robot reducer bearings, bearing optimization and modification solutions, and prototype manufacturing. They identified practical entry points for technical alignment and industrial supporting cooperation in a highly harmonious and pragmatic atmosphere.
This exchange has built an efficient bridge between bearing R&D and transmission equipment manufacturing, laying a solid foundation for future collaborative R&D and supporting supply. Through comprehensive discussions, both parties reached a consensus on unified cooperation and development goals. Relying on its R&D platform advantages, our institute will provide comprehensive professional technical support for the cooperative projects. Together, we will advance the implementation of domestic upgrading technologies for high-end reducer bearings and jointly empower the high-quality development of the transmission equipment industry.
