Joining Forces for a Grand Cause! Our Institute Elected as a Member Unit of the Industry-Education Integration Professional Committee of the Hebei Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association

On May 7, 2026, the inaugural meeting of the Industry-Education Integration Professional Committee of the Hebei Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association was grandly held at the Beichen Campus of Hebei University of Technology. The Hebei Bearing Industry Technology Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as "our institute") was invited to attend the meeting as a representative of industry technology R&D institutions. Wang Haidong, Deputy Director of our institute's Operation Center, attended the meeting on behalf of the institute, which was proudly elected as a member unit of the committee.

Themed "Policy Empowerment, Resource Sharing, and Collaborative Development," the conference brought together over a hundred experts, scholars, enterprise representatives, and university leaders from the provincial equipment manufacturing industry. Chen Jianmin, President of the Hebei Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, Zhou Dapeng, Secretary-General, and other leaders attended the meeting, jointly witnessing this significant moment in promoting the deep integration of industry and education within the sector.

01 Fulfilling Our Duties: Co-creating a New Blueprint for Industry-Education Integration

During the meeting, our institute's representative attentively listened to the association's report on the preparatory work of the committee and participated in the deliberation and voting on the Working Regulations of the Industry-Education Integration Professional Committee. As a newly elected member unit, we are deeply honored by this mandate and fully aware of the heavy responsibilities it entails. The inaugural meeting elected the first management committee members and leadership team, followed by a grand ceremony for signing cooperation agreements. Universities and enterprises, including Hebei University of Technology, Great Wall Motor, and Tangshan Industrial Vocational and Technical University, signed cooperation agreements on-site, setting a benchmark for school-enterprise collaborative education in the province's equipment manufacturing industry. Our institute's representative also engaged in in-depth exchanges with representatives from major universities and enterprises present, exploring opportunities for cooperation in areas such as the supply of specialized bearing talent and joint research on key technologies.

• Promoting the Commercialization of R&D Outcomes: Leveraging our institute's R&D advantages in high-end precision bearings and micro-drone bearings, and combining them with the scientific research capabilities of universities to accelerate the engineering and industrialization of research achievements.
• Co-building Practical Training Bases: Exploring the establishment of internship and practical training bases for the bearing industry, enabling students to master cutting-edge technologies through hands-on practice and bridging the gap from "campus to workshop."
